Your Bio

In real life, I work hard to help our companion animals live longer and happier lives. It's never been a glamorous job, but it's the only life I've known for over 20 years. I started working at veterinary clinics at age 19 with the intent of becoming a veterinarian. That was realized in 1993 when I graduated with my DVM from Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Outside work, I've always enjoyed sports. I've competed in amateur ballroom dancing and century bike rides, and still love to hit the gym whenever I can. My interest in photography likely started watching my father, an amateur photographer, while I was growing up in New York. I love photographing motorcycle racing (my favorite,) the full moon phase, rodeo events, fashion, night-time scenes, sunrise and sunsets, people, and their pets. I hope to add ballroom dancing action sometime soon! You can check my blogsite at
